I'm a graphic designer
Hi, I'm Joshua, a graphic designer and IT student from Moratuwa. I design posters, sports graphics and event layouts, and back them up with photo, video, sound and code.
I'm a graphic designer first: posters, sports graphics, magazine-style layouts and event collages that make school and sport look as good as they feel.
I design for St. Peter's College and school cricket, then back it up with photo editing, video, audio and code. I'm an Old Peterite and a Higher National Diploma student in Information Technology. I learn new tools fast, check my work twice and finish what I start. Outside the screen I played basketball for five years, trained in judo and competed in throwing events.
Five crafts that feed each other, led by graphic design. Try the demos.
Posters, sports spotlights, match summary cards, magazine-style features and photo collages. I focus on clear hierarchy, strong typography and colour that carries the mood. This is my Champions graphic for the Jaffna Bulls.
BeforeAfterColour grading, contrast and retouching in Photoshop. This is one of my own edits, a night rugby shot. Drag across it to see the raw photo become the final image: cleaner shadows, richer colour and a sharper subject.
Cutting and pacing in Premiere Pro, with motion and effects in After Effects. One clean pass from first frame to last.
Editing and mixing in Cubase: balancing levels, EQ and dynamics so a track stays clear and loud without being harsh. Toggle to see an uneven mix become a tight master.
HTML, CSS and JavaScript, with Supabase for data. I built a full student marketplace and I care about motion that feels natural.
My graphic design work: player spotlights, magazine-style features, event collages, posters and match cards for schools, rugby, cricket and music events. Tap any piece to enlarge it.
